46 Then he bought fine linen, took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen. And he laid
Him in a tomb which had been hewn out of the rock, and rolled a stone against the door
of the tomb.
Never before used or shared and never to be used again.
According to the other Gospels the TOMB was secured and guarded so NO fraud could take place.
Wrapped in fine linen cloths was a common Jewish burial practice, signifying respect and care for the deceased.
In this case it also symbolized purity and righteousness like never before!
